Training & Development Programs for Employees
The Workforce Development Division conducts training County-wide on an as-needed basis. Training focuses on those areas mandated by County ordinance, such as Responsible Supervision classes, and on areas that have a broad application to all County workplaces. Individual departments within the County are responsible for the specific job-related training of their employees.
